I was able to check in late because
I was running severely behind schedule.
My room smelled like smoke. This is really annoying in a completely non-smoking hotel.

The lobby area and public facilities are actually OK. Not quite modern and updated -- I think they need to remodel the hotel. But when you get to your room, its a different story. My room smelled like smoke. That's really annoying for a completely non-smoking hotel. They did have a sign that said they would charge you $100 or something if you did smoke inside the room. Great, so at least the hotel made a little extra money off someone's addiction. But that doesn't help me. It was also in desperate need of updating. The window-mounted heater/AC was right next to the desk. So of course you need to turn on the heat right away because it's been off all day to save money. But don't expect to get work done because the heater/AC unit will be blowing on your face. The sleep number bed was an interesting feature. I didn't get to use it much but I would say it seems like a nice bed. Also, beware of the parking lot. Apparently there has been a lot of break-ins with GPS units stolen etc. They post warning signs at the front desk. ...read more

The Sleep Number Beds-I have heard of them, This was the first time I slept on one.
There is not much which is within walking distance.

Very nice and well kept hotel. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. I enjoyed sleeping on the Sleep Number beds. Quiet and well built hotel. I never heard others and I had neighbors on each night I was there. ...read more

Attractive room and fridge in the room.
TV had few channels, air conditioning was not working.

The hotel was very nice and rooms nice. Found out at bedtime that air conditioning was not working but since it was late and we had unpacked, did not ask to switch rooms. Room was a good size and had a refrigerator. Needed the curved shower rods. Overall great hotel for the Priceline price paid. ...read more

The maintenance man who was working on the pool, getting it ready to open, and was so very friendly. Nice guy.
Disappointed with the coffee in the lobby. No half & half! The lady said they were going to the store to buy some but they never brought it out.

We were the first people to get our coffee on Sunday morning and your staff was serving milk instead of half and half. It wasn't that you simply ran out of half and half, it is the fact that there wasn't any from the beginning that bothers me. We even went into the conference rooms that were set up for convention people and they didn't have half and half either. Someone who does your ordering really messed up. ...read more

The hotel front desk clerk was very friendly, and my family and I felt safe. The location was close to shopping malls.

Excellent place to stay, safe and close to shopping outlets. Room was clean and the sleep number beds were a pleasure to sleep in, will consider purchasing one now. Easy on & off access to NJP, via PA turnpike. ...read more

I like the free USA Today paper and the Fox News channel.
Sometimes I pull a 30 feet trailer. It's difficult to park it there.
