I was running severely behind schedule.
The lobby area and public facilities are actually OK. Not quite modern and updated -- I think they need to remodel the hotel. But when you get to your room, its a different story. My room smelled like smoke. That's really annoying for a completely non-smoking hotel. They did have a sign that said they would charge you $100 or something if you did smoke inside the room. Great, so at least the hotel made a little extra money off someone's addiction. But that doesn't help me. It was also in desperate need of updating. The window-mounted heater/AC was right next to the desk. So of course you need to turn on the heat right away because it's been off all day to save money. But don't expect to get work done because the heater/AC unit will be blowing on your face. The sleep number bed was an interesting feature. I didn't get to use it much but I would say it seems like a nice bed. Also, beware of the parking lot. Apparently there has been a lot of break-ins with GPS units stolen etc. They post warning signs at the front desk. ...read more

The hotel was very nice and rooms nice. Found out at bedtime that air conditioning was not working but since it was late and we had unpacked, did not ask to switch rooms. Room was a good size and had a refrigerator. Needed the curved shower rods. Overall great hotel for the Priceline price paid. ...read more

We were the first people to get our coffee on Sunday morning and your staff was serving milk instead of half and half. It wasn't that you simply ran out of half and half, it is the fact that there wasn't any from the beginning that bothers me. We even went into the conference rooms that were set up for convention people and they didn't have half and half either. Someone who does your ordering really messed up. ...read more

little far from center city especially with construction on 95.
A
